Lead Times — From Inquiry to Your Warehouse

Samples
Sample production and dispatch via DHL or FedEx from confirmation of sample request.
Standard Production
After 30% deposit received and order specifications confirmed in writing.
Private Label / OEM
Includes label artwork approval cycle. Rush OEM possible at a 15–20% premium on MOQ runs.
Shipping Transit
East Africa: 10–18 days. Gulf: 5–10 days. West Africa: 14–25 days. Europe: 14–21 days.
Payment Terms
All transactions are conducted in USD. We maintain straightforward payment terms designed to protect both parties and ensure smooth order processing.
New Clients — First Orders
- 30% T/T deposit upon order confirmation
- 70% T/T balance before shipment (after production completion and QC sign-off)
- Proforma invoice issued in USD
- Bank wire transfer (SWIFT) accepted
- No credit terms on first orders — industry standard
Established Clients — Repeat Orders
- 30% deposit / 70% against Bill of Lading available after 2+ completed orders
- Letter of Credit (LC at sight) accepted for large orders ($50,000+)
- 30-day payment terms available for verified long-term distributors
- Volume pricing adjustments applied from 3rd order onwards
- Priority production scheduling for repeat clients
Currency note: All prices are quoted in USD (United States Dollars). EGP pricing is available for Egypt-based buyers only. Exchange rate fluctuations are reflected in proforma invoices — final pricing is locked at the time of deposit receipt.
