Our Certification Status
The following certifications are held or actively being pursued. Copies of all current certificates are available upon request to verified buyers and procurement teams.
ISO 9001
Our production facility operates under an ISO 9001-aligned quality management system covering raw material sourcing, production processes, QC protocols, and customer complaint handling. All production staff are trained under documented SOPs.
Egypt Industrial Registry
Kachlan Group is a fully registered Egyptian manufacturer with the Ministry of Trade and Industry. Our facility holds all required industrial and commercial licenses for the production and export of soap, detergent, and personal care products.
Certificate of Origin
A Certificate of Origin (COO) issued by the Egyptian Chamber of Commerce is provided with every export shipment. This document confirms Egyptian manufacture and is required for import clearance in most destination markets, including Gulf states and African countries.
Certificate of Analysis (COA)
A Certificate of Analysis is issued for every production batch, confirming key product parameters: TFM % (bar soap), active matter % (detergents), pH, viscosity, microbial limits, and fragrance concentration. Available to buyers before shipment confirmation.
Health Certificate
A Health Certificate issued by the Egyptian Ministry of Health is available for all personal care and cleaning product shipments. This document confirms that the products are fit for human use and safe for their intended application — required by many African and Gulf markets for import clearance.
SASO Compliance
SASO certification is required for products entering the Saudi Arabian market. We are currently working with an accredited certification body to complete SASO product registration for our core bar soap and detergent lines. We can provide technical documentation to support buyer-led SASO registration in the interim.
KEBS Certification
KEBS certification allows unrestricted market entry into Kenya. We are progressing KEBS registration for our Palmora bar soap and CINZA dishwashing liquid lines. For buyers importing into Kenya ahead of our KEBS completion, we supply the full technical documentation package required for facilitated entry.
NAFDAC Registration Support
NAFDAC registration is required for personal care products entering Nigeria. We provide factory documentation, product dossiers, and technical data sheets to Nigerian importers who are registering our products with NAFDAC on their behalf — the standard entry approach for Egyptian manufacturers.
Our 4-Stage Quality Control Process
Quality control is embedded at every stage of production — not applied at the end. Every batch that leaves our facility has passed all four of the following stages.
Incoming Raw Material Inspection
Every raw material delivery is tested against specification before being released to the production floor. Non-conforming materials are rejected and returned to the supplier. Batch records are maintained for full traceability.
In-Process QC
Samples are drawn at defined intervals during production to monitor critical parameters: TFM %, pH, viscosity, and fragrance concentration. Any out-of-spec batch is halted and investigated before production continues.
Finished Product Testing
Every completed batch undergoes a full finished product test against the agreed product specification sheet. Results are documented in the Certificate of Analysis (COA) issued with each shipment.
Pre-Shipment Inspection
Before goods are loaded and sealed, a final visual and packaging inspection confirms correct labeling, carton count, weight, and packaging integrity. Third-party pre-shipment inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas) can be arranged at buyer request.

Standard Export Documentation Package
Every Kachlan Group export shipment includes the following documentation as standard. Additional documents can be arranged on request.
Commercial Invoice
USD-denominated, itemized by SKU, carton count, and unit price. Issued in your company's name.
Packing List
Full carton-by-carton breakdown including gross/net weights, dimensions, and pallet configuration.
Certificate of Origin
Issued by Egyptian Chamber of Commerce. Certifies Egyptian manufacture. Required for import clearance in most markets.
Health Certificate
Egyptian Ministry of Health confirmation that products are safe for human use. Required by Gulf and African customs authorities.
Certificate of Analysis
Batch-specific QC results: TFM %, pH, viscosity, active matter %, microbial limits. Proves product meets specification.
Bill of Lading
Issued by the shipping line upon loading. Original and copies provided. Required for customs clearance at destination.
Insurance Certificate
For CIF shipments — confirms cargo insurance coverage for the voyage. Not included in FOB orders (buyer's responsibility).
MSDS / Safety Data Sheet
Material Safety Data Sheet for chemical products (detergents, disinfectants). Available on request for all product categories.
Factory Audits & Inspections Welcome
Serious buyers are welcome to visit our facility in Badr City, Cairo, before placing their first order. We also support remote factory audits and third-party inspection arrangements.
